Terry Eson Thompson
Executive Director & CEOHe founded the company with the aim of tackling energy crises in Africa and other countries. His passion as the Director sources after his combined experience as an Energy Consultant in Redex International GmbH, Essen Germany and Marketing Manager for Redex International Ghana also in the renewable energy market. His goal is to provide efficient energy at a low cost to clients and also introduce innovative technologies that will boost the energy sector in Ghana and Africa. He is a graduate of the University of Ghana, Legon.
Stephen Yaw Preko
Chief Financial OfficerHaving gained 5 years’ experience in Executive Assistant Banking in the procurement department in ABSA Bank, a demanding High Street branch is an impressive range of secretarial and office management skills applied across diverse sectors. He has gained the required training and dynamism necessary to provide a quality service of the highest order and the efficiency to drive our products’ competitive advantage, operating as a manager in a reputable office equipment company for a year. He is also trained in quick books and possesses a comprehensive knowledge of the banking industry, trading accounting fields and its procedures, as well as having the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Elorm Dziedzorm Kumahor
Chief Technical OfficerHe is an Electrical Engineer from the Regional Maritime University who has experiences in various aspects of electrical engineering (structured cabling systems, solar systems installation and designing, lightening, power supply, UPS power supply, fire alarm systems, access control and intruder alarm system, closed circuit television, building management systems, assisting in designing and construction, generation of bills of quantity and supervision of electrical installation on projects) over two years.
Hannah Arhinful
Chief Operating OfficerHannah has over 5 years’ experience in implementing company strategies into daily operations to meet objectives in the National Health Service (NHS) and the private health sector. She is passionate about efficient collaborations and working in partnership to steward the company effectively. She has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach businesses with a creative point of view. She has a mix of business and management expertise, plus proficiency with the practices, policies, and procedures of the company. She is a Masters graduate of the University of Liverpool in Research and Statistics, and also has a qualification in Business Administration.
Bernard Owusu Ansah
Risk & Audit AnalystHe is a self- motivated and oriented person with enormous interest in finance and risk management. He started his professional career as a risk analyst with Willis Towers Watson (a multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory firm operating in over a hundred and forty countries). At Willis Towers Watson- Ghana, he managed the risk portfolio of top business entities such as CFAO Group, Avis Fleet, Ortex Group, and Comexas Oil and Gas, and with MTN, Ghana as a Financial Risk Analyst. He is a member of the International Academy of Business and Financial Management (IABFM), a certified Risk Specialist and an ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management Systems) Lead Implementer and an affiliate of ICAG. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana Business School.
Madeleine Tenkorang
Administrative ManagerShe is a highly motivated graduate of University of Ghana with an extensive knowledge in economic growth and development, research methodology and database management. She is an articulate communicator with great interpersonal skills. She worked with Bulk Oil Storage and Transport (BOST) as a Human Resource Officer and with the Ghana Cocoa Board in the processing and marketing industry as a Research Officer. She also has a background of information communication technology in MS- Word, MS Power Point, MS- Access, online collaboration, and computer essentials. She was also a Marketing Assistant at Unilever Ghana, Customer Relations Officer at HFC Bank (Private Banking)

Maxwell Twum
Head of Software & AI EngineeringHe is an AI / ML Engineer with 3 years and counting in this field. He is a technology enthusiast and has worked on numerous innovative projects. Amongst these are Breast Cancer Ultrasound Image Classification, Amine Efficiency Prediction for Iowa State University Competition, and Energy Consumption Prediction for a community Dataset in London. He is the developer of Easy Score - an innovative software for examinations that has yielded remarkable results with a 90% reduction in marking time. He was selected as a speaker for the Ghana Data Science Summit in 2022 and is currently impacting knowledge by introducing about 120 people to coding and Data Science. He applies his knowledge in Data Science to almost every sector, of which the energy sector is a significant part.
